"I challenge you to read another literature piece and post a journal about it encouraging your watchers to read it and write a journal about something they read.. we can start a movement here, we can shine the light on this often overlooked artform."
has come up with an ingenious idea, hence the quote above..

And plusss..

journalled this:
"You've been challenged! So go writers and readers! Go go go go go go go!
Further more--comment in this journal with a link to your journal so i can keep a list of features and so i can +watch you!
Hey! If you're finding good lit you're relevant to my interests.
PLUS: I'll be making a feature journal of everyone who participates. So. You know.
but you /have/ to include this challenge in your journal for your watchers. i'll be keeping an eye on the comments they leave--tell them to leave links!"This is an excellent opportunity for all lit readers/writers to appreciate this understated artform a little more. I think it's an excellent idea, and support it wholeheartedly!

I had to feature 2, because I honestly couldn't choose between them, I love them both LOADS.

They're both really different, but I think they're both touching. The first by

might appeal to Harry Potter fans more than others, but is still a piece worth reading. It's so.. wow. I find myself tearing up near the end.. it's just the delicate way in which she manages to convey Hermione's emotions, it's so sad and beautiful.
And perhaps I connected more with

's piece because I'm the same age, and understand what she writes - nevertheless, it's so well written, it should appeal to anyone! I'm in awe of the way she's structured the piece, with the rhyme especially.. it's like a rap and yet the content is brilliantly true to life, and not glamorized in any way.
Love them both.

Well, now it's your go!

Please read, comment, post your own journal etc etc..
Much love!
Btw, ich.. I'm so sorry about the delays in replies to your posts Samie - I'm so busy, and hate replying to just a couple and not the rest. I will try to get round to them asap because I miss talking!
Hope you're ok though!

Thanks.
I feel loved.
I think I will do this too. It's really interesting. I've been reading loads of Literary pieces on here lately, and it does seem really hard to find the good stuff. What a great idea!
I'm good by the way... Although I have a bit of a cold.
Hope you're good.

Agreed, I wouldn't survive without my Bananas.
Eurgh!
Well, good luck with that. We've strangely been given no homework to do; yet my year is meant to be failing badly at the moment. Our Mock results were crap.

Good luck with yours!
